Now accepting applications for // NORCROSS. All roles starting pay will be set at $15 per hour with the average of 25-30 hours per week. The Cafe will open fall of 2026 and we will begin interviewing as early as August.

Role Summary:
The RC Tech is the engine behind the Cafe // 2.4 play experience. You're the person who puts the right RC in a guest's hands, explains the play zone layout, keeps the fleet dialed in, and makes every session feel like an event. This role is equal parts hospitality and pit crew.
What We’re Looking For:
A genuine RC enthusiast with an active hobbyist background who also has strong interpersonal skills that can work with guests at all ages and skill levels. Our RC Techs are knowledgeable and are constantly willing to not only learn new skills but teach as well.

Role Summary:
Cafe // 2.4 is more than an RC shop. It's a gathering place for hobbyists and curious minds of all kinds. As a Cafe Barista, you'll provide the fuel to keep our guests going and contribute directly to how we build our cafe program moving forward as a founding team member.
